Lunch today:


Avocado pudding milk.

It’s a twist to avocado milk! I’m going to try making this at home in the future. The Taiwanese egg pudding adds a sweet kick to avocado milk. Another interesting thing is that avocados are so big in Asia… They are 3 to 4 times larger than the Mexican variety.


Intestine noodles with meat paste, intestines, and eggs.

Starch is added to the soup so that it isn’t soupy, and it’s thick enough to be picked up along with the noodles. Definitely a must eat for those who want to try authentic Taiwanese street food!
